Police arrested Victoria Robinson, Tom Sandoval's girlfriend, after he and her father accused her of assaulting him.

Sandoval alleges that Robinson verbally and physically abused him throughout their two-year relationship.

Tom Sandoval has filed for a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Robinson, following her arrest earlier this month.

Sandoval, 42, filed the application for the restraining order against Robinson, with whom he had been in a relationship since early 2024, on Thursday, June 25. Sandoval alleges that Robinson verbally and physically assaulted him on June 3.

Sandoval claimed that during an evening out on June 3, Robinson punched him in the face, injuring his neck and ear. He alleged that the force of the punch was so severe that it caused blurred vision and chronic pain.

In the same incident, Sandoval also claimed that her father, J. Will Robinson, violently attacked him, breaking a hole in his bedroom door. Robinson was arrested for assaulting his partner and released on bail the same day.

Sandoval subsequently sought a domestic violence restraining order against Robinson's father.

In his lawsuit, he claims, "Robinson and her father are still living in our rented home, for which I am currently paying rent. Meanwhile, I have been completely displaced from my home. I am filing this request because I can no longer tolerate Robinson's abuse."

He continues, "My efforts to maintain calm have been met with further hostile behavior from Robinson. I am deeply concerned for my safety and well-being, and I need to regain access to and control over my home, vehicle, and property."

In his statement, Sandoval also claimed that Robinson engaged in abusive behavior throughout their relationship, including punching him in the face, kicking him in the neck, throwing a full Gatorade bottle at him, and verbally abusing him.

He added, "Robinson insulted me repeatedly throughout our relationship. She called me a 'fucking loser,' told me 'I could be so much better,' and said 'the only reason people like you is because of me.'" He alleged that Robinson constantly called him a "moron" and a "moron."

He further claimed that Robinson accessed his phone and social media accounts, changing passwords without his knowledge, and tracked him using an electronic tracking device. Sandoval accused Robinson of posting false information about him online and deleting evidence of her abuse from his phone.
